In this movie, which is oddly similar to 21 Jump Street, things take a turn around Stupid Lane but end up in Decent Street. Instead of like 21 Jump Street where the two main officers are pretending to be normal people, two underdogs pretend to be cops and bust up everything and I mean everything. While the plot can be described as stupidly funny, because it is the fact that two average Joes are pretending to be cops, this movie is fairly decent. Even though some of the comedy is forcefully inserted making it a little awkward with the racial slurs and stupidity of the characters, the action keeps viewers on their toes wondering what will happen. It is rated R for those kinds of material, so parents might want to be careful when it comes to picking this as the movie for movie night. There could have been improvement in this movie, but it still entertains viewers making them chuckle until the very end.
My Rating: C
