Components of Sin City: A Dame to Kill For: Mafia, money, sex, brawls, mobsters, and so much more. With the movie mostly in black and white, it keeps viewers entertained and intrigued. Some might think this movie might be a little bland, but then again when was the last time you watched a movie in black and white? Keep in mind I haven't watched the first movie, so I don't really know much of the earlier stories between the characters. Even though it's almost like a comic book, certain characters and components are in color making the movie surreal in a way. It may be a bit overdramatic at some parts, but it still keeps your attention at times making you wonder what's going to happen next. If you can't handle some extreme brawling like some guy pulling some other guy's eye out of his socket then this movie isn't for you. It is rated R for a reason, but my rating for this movie isn't that far down in the alphabet.
My Rating: B-
