In this intense and action packed movie. Bradley Cooper plays Chris Kyle, an American legend. In the beginning of the movie viewers were shown how he got started; From when he was learning to shoot deer in Texas to joining the US Navy SEALs to meeting the love of his life, Taya (Sienna Miller.) But after witnessing the 9/11 attacks on television, Kyle is sent overseas to where the enemy lived. Once there, Kyle and the audience viewed the most gruesome events that took hold. Some of which he had to commit such as killing a woman and a child who was carrying a grenade. The ones he did not commit was just as gruesome like seeing a man using a drill to kill a father and his child. From the beginning Kyle did his best to protect his people, but as the movie progresses, he becomes withdrawn and distances himself especially from his family. The producers made sure to make the audience see and feel Kyle's disorientation especially when he was about to shoot another young boy. There may be a few times where the music can be a little overbearing, but it adds to the effect of the movie. All in all, this movie was pretty good.
*A personal note: I want to thank all the men and women out there who help serve and protect this country. Your dedication is well noticed.
