In the final segment of the Harry Potter series, it's war between Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) and Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes.) As Harry tries to find the last of the Hocruxes, Voldemort is getting more and more afraid. Since the last few Hocruxes bring Harry and his friends, Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) and Hermione Granger (Emma Watson), back to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, everyone is getting ready for battle. With all their friends and loved ones, Voldemort can and will be defeated. The thing is death is involved, and it is everywhere. Viewers are yanked from one death to the other, and it's like they don't even have time to mourn since the next scene brings them closer to the end of Voldemort. All the action and intensity is definitely called for this movie. For all Harry Potter fans, it was time to say good bye to the boy who lived.
*Rated PG-13 for some sequences of intense action, violence, and frightening images.
My Rating: A+++
This movie out of all of them had me crying like crazy. Not just from all the death that happens in this movie, but because it's the last of the Harry Potter movies. It definitely stayed true to the last portion of the book, and I'm glad that J.K. Rowling actually helped with the producing of this movie, because it had to end good. I loved the fact that everyone was reunited: Harry, Ron, Hermione, Luna, Neville, Seamus, Kingsley, Fred, George... everybody. The amazingness from this movie is just extraordinary that it brought justice not only to the book, but the end of an awesome series. Yes. It's sad, but it was great seeing everyone together one last time.
