In this magical movie, magic dances according to David Bowie. Now before I watched this movie, I didn't really know much about David Bowie. I wish I did know more though, because this movie really did capture my eye because of him.
The Labryinth is an old movie so if you get past the cheesy special effects and the somewhat bad acting (It kind of reminded me of a show I used to watch when I was a kid... Goosebumps) viewers can actually tell it it a very captivating movie. Sarah (Jennifer Connelly) was just trying to be your average normal teenager except she always got stuck babysitting her baby brother Toby. It wasn't until one faithful night when she had wished for the goblins to take away her brother. With the help of a few new friends, Sarah makes her way through the Goblin King's labryinth to face him herself. With some catchy songs and very interesting character choices, The Labryinth is a movie worth not forgetting.
*Rated PG for creature action violence and mild language.
My Rating: A
