Fantastic Beasts and Where They Come From

In this magical movie, Newt (Eddie Redmayne) comes from London to the United States for some research. Little do viewers realize that the suitcase he holds throughout the entire movie holds all of his research. Learning that the witches and wizard laws are different in New York city, Newt comes to realize he does not care except for one thing: to make sure all of his research is contained and not tampered with. It does not help that a Mr. Jacob Kowalski (Dan Fogler) was at the wrong place at the wrong time and put into Newt's mess along with a former worker of the witch and wizard bureaucracy, Tina (Katherine Waterston). Now I can go on about the special effects in this movie, but it blew my mind. It did not cease to amaze me that it carried a lot of Harry Potter's amazingness (Hard to believe since the movie was run from J.K. Rowling herself) like the different creatures and magic sparks from the tips of the wands. And don't get me started on the music. Beautiful. Elegant. And well constructed. This movie has definitely continued on the magic Harry, Ron, and Hermione left years ago.

*Rated PG-13 for some fantasy action violence
