How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World

Hey there guys! How's your night going? Movie of the day was How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World!

Before I get too deep into this, I barely remember what happened in the first movie so there were a few questions that I had that pertained to it, but this movie tends to have it's own story that it doesn't really build off the other two movies. I've also haven't seen the second movie, so keep an eye out for that one ;)

Hiccup (played by Jay Baruchel) has always wanted dragons and humans to get along and he got his dream. It wasn't until his own dragon, Toothless, finds another one like him: A Night Fury or in this case, a Light Fury. Hiccup may not like the fact that Toothless is starting to want his own life with this other dragon, but he's trying to while to battle Grimmel (played by F. Murray Abraham), the Night Fury killer.

I forgot how touching the series is. It makes me want to rewatch the first movie as well as watch the second. The connection the vikings have with their dragons and the emotional tug my heart felt at the end of this movie. Ugh :(

All in all, a good movie to watch with the kids or with your friends. Just keep in mind to watch the other movies if you have questions about Hiccup and the vikings.
