Hobbs and Shaw

If you want your typical car crashes, muscled men, and random things blowing up, this is your movie. Especially if you wanted to see a spin off of the original Fast and Furious movies.

In this action packed movie, Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) and Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) are sworn enemies. Leave them alone in a room and all you will get is them bickering and whining about how one thinks he is better than the other. It was until one day when Hobbs bumps into Shaw's sister, Hattie (Vanessa Kirby), that made things a little bit interesting. She was stealing a disease that could change the molecules in a body so that the body can disintegrate. Why would anyone make such a thing? You would have to watch the movie just to find out.

This movie is basically your typical action movie including fast cars, shirtless buff dudes, and things blowing up for some unnecessary reason. It's basically entertainment. But it's what a spin off should be. Not related to the original series at all. The story is completely different but when viewers see moments that are basically impossible in reality, the movie just turns silly. If it were up to me, I would save my money and wait for this movie to join the Fast and Furious movies on Netflix.

*Rated PG-13 for action and violence, language, and suggestive material
