The Invisible Man

Good evening guys! (Or good morning!) I hope your week is going well. Movie of the Night from last night: The Invisible Man!

When Cecilia Kass (played by Elizabeth Moss) is not looking over her shoulder about her abusive ex, she's thinking of the many ways he manipulated her into doing things that had her not leave him. It wasn't until he committed suicide when things started taking a change for Cecilia. She was walking outside, getting the mail, and actually trying to get a job. Until something was not right, and it had Adrian's name written all over it.

Maybe it was the feelings that got me really liking this movie, but I think I enjoyed it more because of the suspense. No one really knew what was going to happen but there was some things that gave away the fact that Cecilia's boyfriend might not have been dead. But there is a reason why this movie is a thriller. Once it was going, it was going. From her running away from him to trying to convince people that she wasn't insane and that he was trying to kill everyone she cared about just made you want to figure out what was going to happen. The one thing I do have to say is that even though it was a well thought out movie: I don't think it was completely patched out as if it wasn't completely hemmed together correctly. The parts that made the movie was still pretty good though.

All in all, it's a good movie. You might be able to enjoy it a bit more from the comfort of your own home but if you want a suspenseful thriller, this movie will make you think who's in the room with you.

*Rated R for language and bloody violence
