Hey guys, how's your day going? I got my days a little switched up so instead from last night, this movie is from last week but since I watched something I rated already Movie of the Night from last week is The Hustle!
Penny Rust (played by Rebel Wilson) is just one of the two con artists in this movie. Anne Hathaway plays Josephine Chesterfield, a more prestige con artist who not only cons for money but for more expensive items. When Penny and Josephine's cons get in the way of each other, they try to see who the best woman is by conning an app developer.
It has been a while since I've watched a chick flick and this was one that popped up on my Hulu list that I thought I could try out. The first thing I noticed was I had to put subtitles on. It wasn't Rebel Wilson's Australian accent I couldn't understand; It was Anne Hathaway's English accent that seemed a little too heavy for my taste. Other than that, it was a good laugh to watch these two con not only people they thought would give them what they wanted but a person who knew what they were doing. The movie did take a romantic turn which kind of made me give the movie a lower rating but for a comedy I wasn't expecting, it wasn't too bad. I just wouldn't waste the time watching this one if you have other movies on your to watch list.
